My friend John Romaniello just released a new product this week called Fat Loss Forever. Fat Loss Forever is based on intermittent fasting, or IF for short. They have been using social networks to promote their product launch. There has been a lot of buzz about the product for intermittent fasting on Twitter and Facebook which has helped drive more sales for Fat Loss Forever. I’ve actually been trying out the method myself and I found that intermittent fasting really fits my lifestyle well.
What I like about intermittent fasting is how I can skip breakfast and just start my day off. There is obviously a lot of controversy with this type of method as it goes against what the “gurus” have been teaching but it is actually backed by science and results.
